Banyak daya upaya dan semangat mesti dikerahkan untuk mencapai tujuan Anda, dan Anda satu-satunya yang bertanggung jawab atas pilihan anda, jadi hendaknya Anda betul-betul yakin dengan apa yang akan Anda lakukan. Pelajari cara mencapi gunung tersebut. Sering kali Anda bisa melihat gunung itu dari kejauhan-indah, menarik, penuh tantangan. Tetapi ketika Anda berusaha mencapainya, apa yang terjdi? Semakin tinggi Anda mendaki, semakin jauh Anda bisa melayangkan pandang, maka sisihkan waktu untuk menemukan berbagai hal yang belum pernah Anda lihat. Hormati tubuh Anda. Pendakian ini hanya bisa berhasil jikalau Anda memperhatikan kesejahteraan tubuh Anda. Hidup ini telah menganugerahi Anda dengan sekian banyak waktu, maka jangan menuntut terlalu banyak pada tubuh Anda. Kalau melangkah terlalu cepat, Anda menjadi lelah dan baru setengah jalan sudah menyerah. Klau melangkah terlalu lambat, malam akan turun dan Anda bakal tersesat. Nikmati pemandangan, minumlah dari mata air yang sejuk, dan makanlah buah-buah yang ditawarkan Alam dengan murah hati kepada Anda, tetapi jangan berhenti berjalan. Hormati Jiwa Anda. Jangan terus-terusan berkata, "Akan kulakukan." Jiwa Anda sudah tahu itu.
